In the early 1900s, Lindo and Maria Borgatti made a bold move, embarking on a journey across the Atlantic Ocean from Bologna, Italy to the United States. They brought with them a treasured possession—Maria’s ancestral recipes. Despite a significant increase in production in recent years, Borgatti’s has maintained exceptional quality standards.
